Initial Request for Quote (RFQ)

Your wholesale journey begins when you submit a detailed Request for Quote through our website. We do not use an online payment gateway for initial orders; all commercial relationships start with a custom Pro Forma Invoice (P.I.).

Quality Assurance & Certification

We confirm the quality and authenticity of your product requirements. Our primary products—**Argan Oil, Prickly Pear Oil, and Rose Water**—are all backed by international organic certifications.

Certifications include: CCPB, USDA Organic, EcoCert, and more. Full documentation (COA, MSDS) will be provided with your Pro Forma Invoice.

Private Labeling & Packaging Options

Private Label Service (MOQ):

**500 pieces:** For standard labeling and logo design by ArganForest.
**1000 pieces:** Required if you need custom packaging (bottles, boxes).
**200 pieces:** Minimum if you supply the final design in PDF format.

Bulk Packaging:

Our standard packaging carton holds 60 pieces (without a label).
Bulk options: 5kg/5-liter jugs.
We can apply for authorization for 100-liter or 200-liter drums upon request.

Payment & Production

Once the Pro Forma Invoice is agreed upon and finalized, production begins.

Payment Term:

A **100% advance payment** is required before the start of production for all wholesale orders.

We will keep you updated on the production lead time, which varies based on order volume and specific private labeling needs.

Global Logistics & Safe Delivery

We manage the entire shipping process and prioritize the safe, timely delivery of your products, offering three primary methods based on weight and urgency:

Door-to-Door Delivery (FedEx)

**For smaller orders (less than 200kg).**

**Timeline:** 5 days maximum.

Airport-to-Airport (Air Cargo)

**For mid-size, urgent shipments.**

**Timeline:** 5 to 6 days.

By Sea (Port-to-Port)

**For bulk, high-volume orders.**

**Timeline:** 40 to 60 days.
